The Dynamo Selling training course was fun and really interesting. It incorporated many new age methodologies that have shown us how to be more productive. The hospitality business is all about customer service and referral business, and this training has certainly shown my staff how to not only communicate better but also get referrals from satisfied customers. Being an accountant I thought sales were all about people walking in the door automatically, and I had never really known much about the selling process. After doing the Dynamo Selling workshop, I can now build rapport quickly with various types of people with a great understanding of behavioural techniques, and a solid sales process I am successfully using. I am also engaging more with clients thanks to the body language component I completed.
