EMOTIONALLY INTELLIGENT SALES WORKSHOPS
Unlike traditional companies, our sales training is heavily focused on mindset and emotional intelligence, as having the right attitude and confidence is integral in the sales process. We are the founder of Neuro Selling Techniques (NST), a new system of learning that integrates the physiology of the brain into the way we sell.
When working with Dynamo Selling, we review your entire sales process and business model initially. Before we can train the team to be efficient and successful, we need to ensure that the process is correct to really see the benefits of the training.
We combine our mindset philosophy with sales coaching to ensure that the training from the initial workshop is retained and participants are motivated in the long term to increase their performance. By first teaching the participants the right methods and techniques to make the most of the leads, ongoing coaching ensures they maintain their success rate and enthusiasm for the long-term, and this is where we see real business growth.
Once we have reviewed the sales process and business model, we implement the Dynamo Selling Gap Attack® Program which identifies the key weakness areas and enables us to tailor a sales training program that is unique to the participants’ needs.
To succeed in sales, you need connect emotionally with your customers. At Dynamo Selling we use different methodologies and techniques to teach you how to read your customer’s expressions and gain an understanding of their personality traits in order to build rapport and create that emotional connection.
DISC Advanced Accredited
DiSC is a universal behavioural assessment tool that determines what personality type you are. Understanding the four profiles will help give you insight into your own selling style as well as the specific traits of your customers. We use the DiSC methodology to teach salespeople
how to read their customers and adapt their selling style to connect with the different personality types they will invariably encounter in the world of sales.
As salespeople it is important to tap into the emotions of the customer and being able to read facial expressions is an important tool in any sales person’s arsenal. Understanding non-verbal signals such a micro expressions – facial expressions that occur within the blink of an eye – is a valuable skill that we teach at Dynamo Selling. Reading these facial expressions, which can tell you your customer’s true emotions, can have a direct impact on your sales results and at Dynamo Selling we teach you how.
