At Dynamo Selling we use different methodologies and techniques to teach you how to read your customer’s expressions and gain an understanding of their personality traits in order to build rapport and create that emotional connection.
DiSC is a universal behavioural assessment tool that determines what personality type you are. Understanding the four profiles will help give you insight into your own selling style as well as the specific traits of your customers. We use the DiSC methodology to teach salespeople how to read their customers and adapt their selling style to connect with the different personality types they will invariably encounter in the world of sales.
As salespeople it is important to tap into the emotions of the customer and being able to read facial expressions is an important tool in any sales person’s arsenal. Understanding non-verbal signals such a micro expressions – facial expressions that occur within the blink of an eye – is a valuable skill that we teach at Dynamo Selling. Reading these facial expressions, which can tell you your customer’s true emotions, can have a direct impact on your sales results and at Dynamo Selling we teach you how.
