Meet Raimond Volpe the founder and CEO of Dynamo™ Selling
Raimond is an award-winning author and one of Australia’s premier sales trainers, and has been coaching sales teams and sales managers for some of Australia’s leading organisations across all kinds of industries for the past 20 years.
Now, a multiple business owner, strategic advisor, investor, speaker and confidence coach, Raimond is considered the go-to expert for anyone looking to understand sales, negotiation and influencing with integrity.
Raimond is obsessed with learning, persuasion, communication and mindset, having studied the mind so much that he wrote an international multi award winning book about success and the mind. He is all about making a huge impact and achieving results based on these impacts.
Raimond has and continues to work with small and large organisations alike including Microsoft, DODO, The Professionals and Jim’s Mowing, designing programs which specifically meet the client’s sales requirements. With a high focus on ecommerce, she specialises in importing, retail sales, customer service, digital marketing and operations management.
Marina Smith
Marina has more than 20 years’ experience in administration, and at Dynamo she is busy running the operational tasks. Marina is also responsible for the Dynamo Selling system manuals and project management areas. Her focus is to increase and maintain efficiency, quality, and productivity of the company.
Marina is highly motivated and energetic with a positive can-do attitude and is always happy to help.
Tamara Dixon
Tam has over 20 years’ customer service and admin experience, and with Dynamo she specialises in business support at the executive level.
She enjoys helping our clients reach their goals utilising a systemised and customer-centric manner for all Dynamo clients.
Tam gives Dynamo clients the full customer service experience, making sure each step of the process is streamlined and clarifying any questions they may have throughout their Dynamo journey.
Roxana Shirazi
Working closely with Raimond the Founder of Dynamo Selling, Roxana creates and develops the course material that impacts, educates, and gets results. Roxana has nearly fifteen years of experience in the client services industry and holds three University Degrees, including a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Education.
Roxana has taught in classrooms, university lecture halls, and corporate boardrooms around the world. She prides herself on being able to reach and teach anyone.
Thorough research skills and an eye for detail enables her to expertly create educational materials that meet our clients’ needs and exceed their expectations.
Kim Le
Kim looks after the Dynamo Selling digital presence and online systems. Kim has a strong eye for detail and analysis and helps streamline the Dynamo business by creating functional online procedures and developing various analytical systems to enhance overall efficiency and online presence
Kim helps Dynamo Selling stay at the forefront of solution-based sales training by incorporating the use of the latest strategies in social media and online SEO marketing to create a brand that is trusted, reliable and recognised as a market leader in the Sales Training Industry.
With the ever-changing nature of technology and the Internet, Kim is able to help Dynamo Selling keep its online brand current, adaptable and at the top of the market while being highly in tune with the requirements of its consistently growing base of clientele.
Arthika Sivagumaaran
Arthika looks after the administration and systemisation of Dynamo Selling’s learning material. She has very high attention to detail and is extremely analytical so makes sure that everything runs smoothly.
Arthika has a chemical engineering background and understands the value of detail, accuracy and structure. She has in excess of 12 years management experience at a corporate level.
Kevin Kosky
Kevin is an experienced sales and business skills trainer who utilises his extensive experience to present interactive and engaging training sessions.
He has worked across a number of different businesses over a 30 year period in a variety of industries including hospitality, internet applications, supply chain and corporate education.
Kevin also teaches employability and personal development skills in both national and international markets.
Paul Davenport
Paul Davenport brings to every engagement a strong background in the development, implementation and embedding of sales and customer engagement programs.
Paul has extensive experience in the Banking / Finance and Data Analytics industries at a senior executive level. More recently, Paul also has also actively provided training and consulting services to a broad range of corporate businesses as well as actively developing software to improve sales and sales management behaviours.
With a passion for supporting businesses to optimize their sales and account management resources, Paul provides real value to every engagement.

Carmelo is known to all his friends and associates as "Carm", he is a master at sales and a
