Raimond moved to Sydney over 20 years ago with only $50 in his bank account. He soon excelled in the pharmaceutical industry, ran his own businesses, and returned to Melbourne owning property worth over $3M, all within a period of 3 years.
He then wanted a new challenge so Raimond moved into the finance industry. He won many sales awards within his first 12 months, before winning the prestigious National Finance Industry, BDM of the Year Award in 2006.
Raimond noticed a void in the market for mortgage brokers offering insurance cross-sell opportunities and went on to become one of the pioneers for these services through starting his own finance business, Five Finance.
Within the first 6 months Five Finance won various business excellence awards, one of which was the notable Silver Broker Award, Victoria, and the following year the business went on to win the very prestigious Allianz & Tower Finance Broker Company of the Year Award, Australia, in 2007.
Raimond believes that good sales skills transfer across all industries and so developed Dynamo™ Selling to teach these skills to others.
