Raimond Volpe
Raimond is an award-winning author and one of Australia’s premier sales trainers, and has been coaching sales teams and sales managers for some of Australia’s leading organisations across all kinds of industries for the past 20 years.
Now, a multiple business owner, strategic advisor, investor, speaker and confidence coach, Raimond is considered the go-to expert for anyone looking to understand sales, negotiation and influencing with integrity.
Raimond is obsessed with learning, persuasion, communication and mindset, having studied the mind so much that he wrote an international multi award winning book about success and the mind. He is all about making a huge impact and achieving results based on these impacts.
Raimond has and continues to work with small and large organisations alike including Microsoft, DODO, The Professionals and Jim’s Mowing, designing programs which specifically meet the client’s sales requirements. As an efficient Client Relations Manager specialising in customer service, project management, accounts, human resources, and office management, Tracey has assisted many businesses to achieve their goals. Tracey enjoys meeting customer needs and is pleased to be part of the Dynamo Selling team and looks forward to inspiring others to stay creative, help check off those pesky to-do lists, so that staff and clients can be present for their passions.
Alison Laing
Alison brings over 25 years of experience in office administration and management to the Dynamo Selling team. With a strong foundation in the legal industry and currently advancing her expertise in bookkeeping and accounting, she takes pride in her efficiency and meticulous attention to detail. Having worked across various industries, Alison is skilled in supporting a diverse range of clients. Committed to excellence, she is passionate about ensuring a smooth onboarding process for Dynamo Selling’s clients, setting them up for a successful experience.
Paul Davenport
Paul Davenport brings to every engagement a strong background in the development, implementation and embedding of sales and customer engagement programs.
Paul has extensive experience in the Banking / Finance and Data Analytics industries at a senior executive level. More recently, Paul also has also actively provided training and consulting services to a broad range of corporate businesses as well as actively developing software to improve sales and sales management behaviours.
With a passion for supporting businesses to optimize their sales and account management resources, Paul provides real value to every engagement.
Brad Jensen
With over two decades of thriving in Retail and Customer Service, Brad excels as a strategic Leader, specialising in People Management and Sales Training. His passion lies in witnessing individuals grow through effective management and group training. Brad‘s workshops are fun, engaging, and motivational, focusing on personalized customer engagement, needs discovery, and achieving win-win outcomes. He’s known for leading high-achieving teams and leaving participants inspired. Brad’s infectious vibe has helped him develop numerous teams and individuals, including at JB Hifi, one of Australia’s largest electronic retailers.
Kevin Kosky
Kevin is an experienced sales and business skills trainer who utilises his extensive experience to present interactive and engaging training sessions.
He has worked across a number of different businesses over a 30 year period in a variety of industries including hospitality, internet applications, supply chain and corporate education.
Kevin also teaches employability and personal development skills in both national and international markets.
Chelsea Burton
Chelsea brings to Dynamo Selling a unique combination of Marketing Skills and Performing Arts Training. Graduating with a Bachelor of Musical Theatre from the Conservatorium of Music Griffith University Chelsea recognises that the best trainers are often high-level performers/communicators. Utilising relatability, candour, and confidence, to achieve the best results through communication. As Marketing Co Ordinator Chelsea is excited to craft compelling content to enhance the impact of marketing and drive engagement to target audiences, sharing why and how this communication is essential in all aspects of business, marketing, and relationships.
Roxana Shirazi
Roxana has worked in research, marketing, and content strategy with Dynamo Selling clients.
Her work has been instrumental in influencing our clients through exciting and new age education material.
She has worked with clients across a range of industries, including universities and mental health providers.
Roxana’s work history has spanned multiple markets, from small start-ups to big corporations such as Google.
Forhad Hossain
Forhad is our Video Editor at Dynamo Selling. He is a professional Video Editor & Motion Graphic Artist that has worked within the advertising space. Forhad makes our content pop and interesting. Forhad is also involved in video marketing and projects with Dynamo Selling and is always ready to create an impact with our content creation and optimisation.
Arthika Sivagumaaran
Arthika looks after the administration and systemisation of Dynamo Selling’s learning material. She has very high attention to detail and is extremely analytical so makes sure that everything runs smoothly.
Arthika has a chemical engineering background and understands the value of detail, accuracy and structure. She has in excess of 12 years management experience at a corporate level.
Karen Smythe
Karen is a professional trainer/coach with more than 30 years’ experience in the industry.
She has delivered training in 27 different countries, cultivating a great understanding of diversity and culture.
Karen is a perceptive communicator with an infectious, energetic passion for training and development.
She loves to engage her audience in every topic that she presents.
